The Spooky Mansion by Mason Cooke

Bob, the ninja, was just watching some TV when the phone rang. It was his old friend John that was always in second right behind Bob. John was acting kind of weird. Bob suited up in his ninja suit, hopped into his car and drove away. Before he left he looked on the internet to see where John lived.

When he pulled in the driveway he didn’t think he had the right address because the house was a big spooky mansion. He was walking around the house to see if there was anything with John on it. Finally he went on the porch and saw the doormat with JOHN on it. Now he knew it was the right house.

He knocked on the door and the door just crept open for him. He walked inside to find a lot of spider webs and rats. A couple seconds later night armor came to life and attacked Bob. Soon he found himself running up the stairs! Upstairs it wasn’t any better.

There where ghosts everywhere! He almost fell down the stairs when he saw them. The ghosts heard him and they floated over to him. When they did this Bob almost fainted. He just got up and RAN! He ran to the third floor and there he saw John… a wizard.

John looked mad. He zapped Bob but Bob jumped over it and threw his star at John’s staff and broke it. He yelled “NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! YOU,” and shot another laser at him. This time it hit him! Bob said “STOP! “Why are you so mad?”

John answered, “I was always second right behind you and I’m tired of it!” “It’s not so important to win,” said Bob. “I guess you’re right”. “Let’s be friends.” said John. “Ok.” said Bob.
